PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disaster prevention information receiver for accurately and instantaneously receiving an emergency earthquake prompt report regardless of whether a reception place is within a fixed house or a traveling object.

SOLUTION: The disaster prevention information receiver 1 is provided with: a reception part 2 which receives mobile broadcasting or terrestrial digital broadcasting to be distributed so as to be superimposed by an emergency earthquake prompt report; an extraction part 3 for extracting the emergency earthquake prompt report and time information from the received broadcasting; a location determination part 4 for determining the current location of a user; a time determination part 5 for determining the current time; a storage part 6 for recording a foundation amplification rate; an information processing part 7 for calculating seismic intensity and an allowance time at the current location; and an output part 8 for outputting the calculated the seismic intensity and the allowance time.
