<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate restrictions in the installation place of an ultra-high pressure pump and to make it movable by miniaturizing the ultra-high pressure pump and reducing the weight thereof since the ultra-high pressure pump is heavy, large, restricted in its installation place and difficult to move, in a device providing high pressure from the ultra-high pressure pump to eject it from a nozzle, and further ejecting the high pressure together with an abrasive from a conical mixing chamber. <P>SOLUTION: Pressurization by intermittent hydraulic pressure is applied to the piston to push in water. When the water inflows into a chamber with its area stepwise reduced, high pressure and flow acceleration can be provided. Materials can be cut and bored with water finally discharged.
