<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus capable of converting data recorded in a database into data of a different format and outputting the converted data. <P>SOLUTION: The physical condition data processing apparatus comprises a means for reading out one record including an entry date and a keyword expressing a condition as the condition data of one person from a database; a means for finding out the appearance frequency of a specific keyword in each entry date of one read record; a means for storing data composed of one or more items respectively specified by one or more specific keywords and having a format different from that of the specific keywords; and a means for multiplying the appearance frequency of the specific keyword of data whose data entry date is old by a weighting factor whose value is gradually reduced in accordance with dating back of entry dates successively from the appearance frequency of the specific keyword of the data whose entry date is the newest in each one or more specific keywords, increasing/decreasing the value of each item of data of the different format from the obtained total appearance frequency of the specific keyword, finding out the total value of each item found out in each one or more specific keywords, and outputting the total value. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
