PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile communication system and a mobile radio terminal device which makes operation by a user unnecessary, and can automatically perform comfortable operation setting. SOLUTION: A management center 400 updates a table in which a user information memory unit 420 stores in accordance with a user's age, etc. by the control of an automatic setting unit 430 and a setting notification control unit 440. The setting notification control unit 440 controls a communication unit 410, establishes a communication link with a PHS (Personal Handyphone System) terminal 100, and acquires a telephone number from the PHS terminal 100 through the communication link. The setting notification control unit 440 also reads out an operation parameter corresponding to the telephone number from the table, and sets it in the PHS terminal 100 through the communication link.
