摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply voltage supplying method to each output driver in power supply wirings of a semiconductor device, a designing method for the power supply wirings, and the semiconductor device. SOLUTION: The power supply wiring 10 of the semiconductor device has, in a VDD wiring 12, a first wiring metal 22 connected directly with the power supply in the both ends of a wiring direction to be supplied with the power supply potential, and a second wiring metal 24 connected and laminated with the first wiring metal 22 without direct connection to the power supply to be supplied with the power supply voltage. Wiring connection parts connecting the first wiring metal 22 to the second wiring metal 24 are arranged regardless of the position of the output driver 20. One connection part 26 of these connection parts is arranged in the center section of the wiring direction, and the other connection parts 26, 28 are arranged between the both ends and the center section. The ON-resistance difference between the connection parts is controlled to be small as much as possible, and the electric current error between each output drivers is decreased while the performance can be maintained even when the wiring width of the power supply wiring is narrowed.
