PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat dissipater of separate installation type of an oil-contained stationary induction electric apparatus that reduces the packaging cost when packaging in a box when transporting. SOLUTION: Between an upper common oil duct 1 and a lower common oil duct 2 provided on a tank 5 that accommodates electrical equipment main bodies, such as a transformer and a reactor, via an upper oil duct 6 and a lower oil duct 7 and communicated with the upper oil duct and the lower oil duct, respectively, a panel heat dissipater 3 is arranged and connected so that it can be attached and detached freely, and at the same time, the upper common oil duct and the lower common oil duct are set on the ground and supported in a state of being separated via two mounts 4a, 4b composed in a planar manner and thus, a mount is composed divisibly.
