PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bracket capable of installing various panels constituting a car body of an automobile in an installation object member in an extremely easy one-touch operation. SOLUTION: By further pushing in by fitting a positioning boss 6 in a positioning hole 103 bored on the center line in the longitudinal direction of an oval hole 102 while fitting a fitting head part 5 in the elongate hole 102 bored in the installation object member 101, a tip part of a conical spring part 15 is deflected and pressed to a peripheral part of the oval hole 102, and a pair of elastic locking pieces 14 of the fitting head part 5 are elastically locked on the respective long side part peripheral edges of the oval hole 102.
