PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration suppression device for a forklift capable of actively suppressing the vibration of a vehicle body and the influence of inclination on a loaded object. SOLUTION: This forklift 10 in which a lift bracket 17 supporting a fork 18 is liftably provided along a mast 15 provided to a vehicle body comprises a hydraulic cylinder 19 which can lift/lower the fork 18 for the lift bracket 17 and a hydraulic cylinder 20 which can incline the fork 18 fore and aft. It is provided with an optical sensor 21 for detecting a moving distance h in the vertical direction of the fork 18, and a yaw rate sensor which detects an inclinationαin the fore and aft direction of the fork 18 and an inclinationβin the longitudinal direction, and it comprises a controller which operates the hydraulic cylinder 19 and the hydraulic cylinder 20 based on input signals from the optical sensor 21 and the yaw rate sensor.
