PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible partitioning tide plate storable in a storage case, improving its appearance, and installable without securing a new space for ceiling height. SOLUTION: The flexible partitioning tide plate 100 is provided with: the storage case 23 provided with a winding shaft in its inside and opening a long slit-like storage port on a ceiling surface along the winding shaft; a pair of rail-like guide means 35, 35 suspended over a floor from both ends in the longitudinal direction of the storage port across an opening part 21 of a building; and a tide plate 41 ascending and descending freely in the opening part of the building by guiding both ends in the longitudinal direction by the rail-like guide means 35, 35 and connecting its upper part with a shutter curtain 39 to be wound around the winding shaft. The tide plate 41 is composed of: a plurality of divided small plates formed by dividing the tide plate 41 in the vertical direction; and a connection means for bringing the divided small plates being adjacent vertically and mutually into both conditions for bringing them into contact mutually or separating them from each other and connecting the divided small plates being adjacent vertically and mutually each other flexibly.
