PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure of a water collecting device allowing easy insertion of an indoor side lug locking piece of the water collecting device into a small clearance between an eaves gutter and a mounting face. SOLUTION: A main body part 30 of the water collecting device is provided with: the indoor side lug locking piece 37 protruding toward an outdoor side from end parts on both sides of an upper end part of an indoor side wall part 32; and an outdoor side lug locking piece 41 protruding toward an indoor side from end parts on both sides of an upper end part of an outdoor side wall part 33. Both of end parts of the main body part 30 of the water collecting device are fitted into an end part in the longitudinal direction of each eaves gutter 2 from below. Each of indoor side lug locking pieces 37 and each of outdoor side lug locking pieces 41 are locked into an indoor side lug 9 and an outdoor side lug 11. This water collecting device is provided with a guide piece 46 protruding upward from the indoor side lug locking piece 37. A lower end of an end face on an outdoor side of the guide piece 46 is connected with an end part on an outdoor side of the indoor side lug locking piece 37. The end face on the outdoor side of the guide piece 46 is formed as a guide inclined face 44 inclined in such a way that it is positioned on an indoor side more as approaching the highest section.
