METHOD FOR DRYING COCARBOXYLASE HYDROCHLORIDE

The invention relates to drying bulk dielectric materials in vacuum under effect of micro-wave field and can be used at drying pharmaceutical preparations, in particular at drying cocarboxylase hydrochloride. Main point of the method of cocarboxylase hydrochloride drying is in loading material to working volume, with evacuation of volume with material, its microwave heating. Heating is carried out at initial temperature 30 °С with following gradual increase at rate not more than 5 °C per hour to temperature 50-55 °C and constant pressure at level 20 mm of mercury. Decrease of duration of drying process more than 10 times is achieved, at that process of hydrolysis of carboxylase hydrochloride practically does not take place and, respectively, quality of ready product is preserved.
