<p>The present invention provides a vehicle electric cooling-heating air conditioner system comprising a generator, an electric refrigerating-heating device, a heat conducting pipe, a pump and a heat sink. The generator is operated by the automobile engine to supply power to the electric cooling-heating air conditioner system, and the air in a vehicle is cooled or heated via the cycle of water or anti-freeze fluid, using the semiconductor cooling piece in the electric cooling-heating air conditioner. It does not need coolant, and there is no pollution, little noise, low failure rate, and it is environmentally friendly and energy efficient.</p> |
