FIELD: lifts and elevators. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method and device for remote control of operation and condition of lift and for determining necessity of its servicing. Information is collected, depending on time and distance covered by lift cabin, by devices accumulating such data as sound, video door position and cabin position. Measuring devices include at least one of such devices as video camera, microphone, acceleration pickup, cabin weight meter and photosensor. Device contains video cameras, door position data collecting device, cabin movement data collecting device and cabin stop data collecting device, all devices are used for collecting information during performance tests. Information includes data received several cycles of performance tests.
