FIELD: railway transport. ^ SUBSTANCE: device to facilitate loading and unloading of railway freight car 1 includes at least one load-carrying section 5 and two car sections 10. Car sections are provided with means for transportation by rail. Load-carrying section 5 is made separable from car sections 10 at least at one end and is made movable to facilitate loading/unloading of load-carrying section 5. Load-carrying section 5 is provided with at least one sliding support which slides along corresponding sliding belt at side displacement of at least one end of load-carrying section. When implementing the method, locking mechanisms are made inactive by lifting load-carrying section of freight car 1. Ends of load-carrying section are shifted sidewise by means of one sliding support which slides along corresponding sliding belt at side displacement of at least one end of load-carrying section. ^ EFFECT: reduced pressure on ground at place of turning. ^ 25 cl, 4 dwg |
