<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress upsizing and cost-increase, and to shut off radiant noise caused from a solid-state imaging apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: The solid-state imaging apparatus comprises: a wiring board having at least flexibility; a solid-state imaging element mounted on the wiring board; an optical member for forming a subject image onto the solid-state imaging element; and a barrel supporting the optical member and being fixed to the wiring board, wherein the wiring board comprises a shield layer, an area extending out from a fixing portion of the wiring board and the barrel is bent along the barrel, and the barrel and the solid-state imaging element are surrounded. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
