<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting system capable of providing display where light looks running, having a small number of light sources, and easy to downsize. <P>SOLUTION: A light guide body 32 is formed of a transparent resin, and a light source 31 comprising an RGB integration type LED is arranged in the vicinity of an end surface (light entering surface) thereof. A DOE (diffractive optical element) 31 having a one-dimensional spatial frequency is arranged on the undersurface side of the light guide body 32. In the DOE 31 having the one-dimensional spatial frequency, when it is assumed that an incident angle is constant, light is diffracted in a distinct direction depending on wavelength. Thereby, when the light source 31 is sequentially blinked, for instance, in the order of red, green and blue, display is implemented such that light looks running on the surface of the light guide body 32 while changing color. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
