PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anisotropic conductive connector, which has proper durability without reducing the elasticity due to miniaturization of the dimensions between electrodes, capable of absorbing variation in the bump shape height of subjects to be inspected, enabling accurate positioning, and obtaining electrical continuity, even when suppress strength is small without generating buckling which leads to permanent deformation. SOLUTION: The anisotropic conductive connector consists of a first anisotropic conductive sheet layer 20A, a second anisotropic conductive sheet layer 20B arranged at substrate side of an inspecting circuit, and a sheet-like spacer 20C arranged between the first and second anisotropic conductive sheet layers 20A and 20B, respectively; while the first anisotropic conductive sheet layer 20A and the second anisotropic conductive sheet layer 20B are formed in which an elastic electrically-conducting path 21 is formed to be projected to each direction of thickness, and the first anisotropic conductive sheet layer 20A, the second anisotropic conductive sheet layer 20B, and the sheet-like spacer 20C are assembled integrally at a state that projecting parts 21a of each of those elastic electrically-conducting path are inserted into a through-hole 23 of sheet-like spacer 20C.
