摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for heightening reliability of a measured test component concentration, when measuring the test component concentration in water to be measured by utilizing a coloring reaction. SOLUTION: A reaction system is used, having an isosbestic point at which the coloring degree of acquired coloring reaction liquid shows a fixed value regardless of the test component concentration when the injection amount of chemical liquid into reference water containing a test component is the same, wherein the coloring degree of the coloring reaction liquid at the isosbestic point varies corresponding to the injection amount of the chemical liquid, and the coloring degree of the coloring reaction liquid at the isosbestic point and the coloring degree of the coloring reaction liquid at a measuring wavelength (excluding a wavelength at the isosbestic point) are measured, and the injection amount of the chemical liquid into the water to be measured is determined. Then, a linear regression expression corresponding to the injection amount of the chemical liquid, for showing a relation between the test component concentration in the reference water and the coloring degree of the coloring reaction liquid at the measuring wavelength is determined, and the test component concentration in the water to be measured is determined based on the linear regression expression.
