摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable various measurements to be selected and carried out by using one apparatus system so as to obtain information required for confirming whether a waste object meets a disposal criterion, and also to enable a quality assurance of the waste object to be performed rationally and economically, by utilizing without waste many configuration instruments. SOLUTION: The system comprises: an energy variable type electron-ray accelerator 10 for generating electron rays corresponding to X-ray energy required for a measurement; a radiation converter 12 for generating radiation having a prescribed property by bringing the electron rays to pass through; a sample base 16 on which the waste object 14 being an object to be measured is mounted; and a radiation detecting device 18 for measuring intensities and ray classes of radiation caused by transmitting or reflecting the radiation through or by the waste object. A background measurement, a passive neutron/γ-ray measurement, an X-ray CT scan measurement, a measurement of a hard-to-measure nuclide using a photonuclear reaction, a discrimination measurement of fissionable/nonfissionable materials using light/neutron mixed rays and an analysis of neutron activation, can be selected and carried out.
