MOLDING MATERIAL FOR BEARING, BEARING AND SUBMERGIBLE PUMP

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molding material for a bearing, excellent in moldability, free from problems of developing SOx, and formable a bearing having a high sliding property and excellent wear resistance together with the same or higher level of chemical resistance and heat resistance in comparison with those made by using a polyphenylene sulfide; to provide a bearing for a pump, using the moulding material; and to provide a submergible pump using the bearing. SOLUTION: The molding material is mainly composed of a polymer containing no sulfur in the principal chain and having at least 1×106Pa storage modulus at 260°C, with a solid lubricant. The material is characteristics in providing a molded product having at most 0.05 of a dynamic friction coefficient with a stainless steel in a 50% ethylene glycol aqueous solution at 30°C.
