PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tonneau cover device capable of reducing looseness of a lock member. SOLUTION: In the tonneau cover device having a cover member for opening/closing a luggage room, the lock member for locking the cover member in the opened state is provided. The lock member is supported on a columnar journaling part fixed to a partition wall of a vehicle body, and a cylindrical base part of the lock member for storing the journaling part is pressed against the peripheral edge part of the journaling part by an energizing member.
