PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waterproof seal structure improving a waterproof sealing function by adopting a structure combining a plurality of seal materials having different functions as a waterproof mechanism. SOLUTION: A storage space of an air conditioning unit 36 is formed between an outer roof 31 and a lower cover 39. The waterproof structure is provided with a first seam member 69 disposed on a first fitting surface between the outer roof 31 and the lower cover 39, a second seal member 70 disposed on a second fitting surface formed near the storage space rather than the first fitting surface, and a water supplying space C formed between the first seal member 69 and the second seal member 70.
