PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnet holder which does not fall even when only a memo sheet is pulled and removed therefrom by one hand, in the magnet holder which holds the memo sheet or the like by sucking it to wall surface with a magnet. SOLUTION: In the magnet holder which holds a memo sheet by sucking it to the wall surface with a magnet, the body member of the magnet holder is provided with a space portion, allowing the magnet to freely move in the space portion by the gravity from the horizontal center of the magnet holder body to a lower position.
