A reinforcing rod coupler jointing apparatus is provided to separate parts from each other easily and to transport the parts as well as to joint the coupler easily using fluid pressure from a hydraulic cylinder. A reinforcing rod coupler jointing apparatus(10) comprises a cover cap, a pair of fixing rings, a hydraulic cylinder(14), a fixed body(32), and a slid body(28). The hydraulic cylinder is operated by hydraulic pressure supplied from the outside. A pair of ring holders(34,36) are formed at the lower part of the fixed body, and the body is fixed at the lower part of the cylinder. The slid body has one reinforcing bar holder(26) contacted with one end of the cover cap. The fixed body includes mounting grooves(30) for fixing a lower end of a mounting plate(20), and a mounting bracket(18) for combining the cylinder mounting plate with the fixed body.
