<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a process in a molding method of a metal separator for a fuel cell in which an occurrence of wrinkles in a peripheral part is controlled. <P>SOLUTION: In the molding method of fine grooves which become passages for a fuel gas and an oxidant gas of the metal separator for a fuel cell, and in a process in which fine groove parts are expanded and a molding process in which the fine grooves are made a product shape, die molds are used which have an expanded length of an expansion process upper mold 32 and an expansion process lower mold 33 which are used in the expansion process, which is longer than an expanded length of a molding process upper mold 34 and a molding process lower mold 35 which are used in the molding process, and an expanded length of a material shrinks when compared before and after the molding process. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
