<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical treatment method and an apparatus for preventing a medicament (working material for the organism) from deteriorating. <P>SOLUTION: By this medical apparatus, the quality deterioration of the medicament (working material for the organism) which has been adopted (applied) to the medical apparatus can be avoided by covering the working material for the organism by the porous layer of a polymer without using a solvent, a catalyst, heating or a chemical means. Such a polymer having organism compatibility is preferably formed by a vapor deposition or a plasma deposition, and the polymer is polymerized. By one case of the operation, the medical apparatus has a structure which is suitable for being introduced into the patient's body (the esophagus, the tracheae, the colon, the bile vessel, the urinary organ or the like). The structure includes a base material, and an organism compatible material being formed at least on a part on the structure in a groove, a hole, a slot or the like on the surface of the structure. The structure has at least one porous layer on the working material for the organism, and a surface without the working material for the organism.
