<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently read out an information by a fuse circuit. <P>SOLUTION: Data for correction are written into q-bit fuse circuits 50-1 to 50-q. A readout circuit 54 successively reads out the information of the fuse circuits 50-1 to 50-q through a selector 52 and writes the information into holding circuits 58-1 to 58-q.
