TRANSPARENT PLASTIC CONTAINER FOR FORGERY PREVENTION SYSTEM

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent plastic container applicable to a forgery prevention system, which is transparent with designability and allows visual discrimination of authenticity by the use of polarization characteristics.

SOLUTION: A transparent plastic sheet made of a polystyrene resin having a full-light transmissivity of 85% or higher and a haze factor of 7% or lower is subjected to vacuum molding, pressure molding, or vacuum/pressure molding at a sheet temperatures from a glass transition temperature plus 50°C or higher to the glass transition temperature plus 130°C or lower. This produces the transparent plastic container 1 having a plane portion with a distortion of 150 nm or less.
