PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perceive a display image by a diffraction grating pattern at the time of visual observation and to provide a display capable of recognizing a minute image concealed from an naked eye at the time of enlarged observation using an optical microscope or the like. SOLUTION: The display by this invention comprises a plurality of 1st cells 5 where a diffraction grating 6 constituting a predetermined display image is formed and a second cell 5 containing a predetermined concealed minute image 15. In this display, the 1st cell 5 and the 2nd cell 5 occupy a part or all of area in respective elements divided into a matrix shape on the surfaces of the base material 4. At the 1st cell, the diffraction grating, in which at least any among spacial frequency and diffraction direction is changed corresponding to constituted display image is formed. At the 2nd cell, minute image displaying any among a mark, a pattern, a letter constituted by binary bit map pattern is formed by a pixel of a convex face with respect to a cell surface.
