<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar battery module which is prevented from the lowering of module output power and improved in reliability. <P>SOLUTION: The solar battery module comprises a plurality solar battery cells placed between a front protection component and a back protection component and electrodes of the solar cell are electrically connected to each other by a tab. The module has an adhesive layer formed of resin 90 containing a plurality of conductive particles 80 between the electrode 10 and the tab 70. The conductive particle 80 has a flattened shape of which the maximum diameter L in a plane parallel to the solar cell 20 is larger than its maximum thickness D in a plane perpendicular to the cell and both ends of the particle 80 in the thickness direction contact with the electrode 10 and the tab 70, respectively. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
