<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To integrally manage a plurality of sorts of services for giving points when these services are provided. <P>SOLUTION: In a customer information management system, a computer calculates the evaluation information of each service receiver in each service to be received and integrally determines the evaluation information (rank) of the service receiver. More concretely, the evaluation information of each of a plurality of evaluation items for evaluating a customer who is a service receiver and the hierarchical relation of respective evaluation items are prestored, the generalization evaluation information of the customer is calculated by applying the evaluation information to the hierarchical relation, and when a change in any of the evaluation information is detected, an evaluation item related to the change is extracted, the evaluation information of the extracted evaluation item is changed, and the generalization evaluation information is recalculated on the basis of the changed evaluation information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
