<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device, reducing the installation cost by switching reader/writer in a conveying line for writing to various RF (Radio Frequency) tags, and efficiently using the conveying line by absorbing the kind of RFID and dispersing load of the reader/writer. <P>SOLUTION: A reader/writer control part A141 and a reader/writer control part B142 have a function of switching the reader/writer 210 and the reader/writer B220 to correspond to the kind of tag to be read and written, and a function of measuring the processing time in writing the information (e.g. weight of an article or owner of the article) on an article to which an RF tag is stuck in the RF tag, setting the order value in each conveying line, and determining the sorting destination using the value.
