PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blade drive device which does not require measures to cope with burr. SOLUTION: A shutter device 1 is equipped with a bottom board 30 having an aperture 38, and blades 10 and 20 having slots 11 and 21 engaged with guide projections 33 and 34 formed on the bottom board 30 so that movement in a predetermined direction is guided so as to open/shut the aperture 38. The bottom board 30 is formed by press working, and the guide projections 33 and 34 are formed by bending and grounding a part of the bottom board 30 after the press working, and engaged with the slots 11 and 21 so as to clear the burr caused by the press working in the longitudinal direction of the slots 11 and 21. Namely, the guide projections 33 and 34 are engaged with the slots 11 and 21 so that the width direction W33 of the guide projections 33 and 34 may be nearly parallel with the width direction W11 of the slots 11 and 21.
