摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form an image of two or more light beams having at least one wavelength different from one another on the same plane. SOLUTION: A 7-core optical fiber 120 is used which has light exiting end surfaces of respective optical fibers polished in level with one another; and signal light is exited from an exiting end surface 101 of a core 100 of an optical fiber in the center of the 7-core optical fiber 120 and control light 21 having a different wavelength from the signal 1 is exited from an exiting end surface of a core 201 of each of peripheral optical fibers of the 7-core optical fiber 120. The signal 1 is passed through a hole 3 formed in an optical flat plate 4 provided so as to correct a shift in focusing point due to the difference in wavelength between the signal light and control light, i.e. chromatic aberrations, and the control light 21 is transmitted avoiding the hole 3 of the optical flat plate 4 arranged in contact with an exiting end surface of the 7-core optical fiber 120. The signal light 1 and control light 21 pass through condenser lenses 5 and 6 as a common optical means for forming an image on the same plane on a light incidence side of a light absorbing layer 71 of a thermal lens forming element 7.
