PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin blowing fan preventing a balance weight from separating with accompanying rotation. SOLUTION: An annular part 221 is provided on an hub 22 upper end part with projecting radial direction inward. A balance clip 40 is attached to the annular part 221. The balance clip 40 is formed in a U-shape as indicated in figure 2. An axial gap 50 between the annular part 221 and a rotor holder 31 need to be kept constant. Consequently, a plurality of pedestals 2213 are provided evenly in a circumference direction on a lower surface of the annular part 221. The rotor holder 221 is press-fitted to abut on the pedestal. The annular part 221 upper end surface is formed at a lower position than the hub 22 upper end surface not to make the balance clip 40 project out of the hub 22 upper end surface when the balance clip 40 is attached to the annular part 221.
