PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a member fixing holder by which a user can easily attach and remove a member formed as a separate member such as a printed circuit board from a member mounted with a simple arrangement and can easily remove such a member as the mounted printed circuit board even when mounted to a support member. SOLUTION: A member fixing holder 1 comprises a first fixing unit 3 inserted in a through-hole 11 formed in a sheet metal frame 10 provided at one end 2a of a holder main body 2 as a mount base, and also comprises a second fixing unit 4 inserted in a through-hole 21 formed in the printed circuit board 20 mounted to the sheet metal frame 10 at the other end 2b. The member fixing holder fixes the sheet metal frame 10 and the printed circuit board 20 with the through-holes 11, 21 positioned nearly on the same axis. The member fixing holder also comprise a lock releasing member 5 for releasing the fixed state of the first fixing unit 3 from the side of the printed circuit board 20 of the holder main body 2.
