PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate armor battery having high sealing reliability capable of effectively suppressing penetration of moisture into the inside while keeping adhesion strength between a laminate and a tab. SOLUTION: A tab 31 connected to a positive plate has the same electrode potential as that of a metallic material constituting a metallic layer 101 of a metallic laminate sheet 100, and a tab 32 connected to a negative plate has different electrode potential from that of the metallic material constituting the metallic layer 101 of the metallic laminate sheet 100. In a sealing part 10b, the positive electrode tab 31 directly adheres in the surface contact to the metallic layer 101 of the metallic laminate sheet 100 in a partial region, and contrarily, the negative tab 2 is electrically insulated with tab resin 41 from the metallic layer 101 of the metallic laminate sheet 100.
