PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a fixed contact and a movable contact to be made in and out of contact, by preventing lubricating oil, an inorganic matter or an organic matter from infiltrating into a case housing the fixed contact and the movable contact. SOLUTION: In addition to a sealed case 1 containing a fixed contact 8, a movable contact 5, and a magnetic body 4, a moving element 12 is provided responding to a step-in operation of a brake pedal of a vehicle at a position outside the sealed case 1. The magnet 14 is integrated with the moving element 12, and as the magnet 14 moves together with the moving element 12, the magnetic body 4 is attracted from outside the sealed case 1 to make the movable contact 5 toward the fixed contact 8.
