PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in a conventional comic creation supporting program wherein frames are laid out by inputting sentences such as a comic scenario, and a scenario, a novel, etc., and it is insufficient for supporting a various processes of a comic because no function is provided for automatically producing frame layout, a function for presenting a frame layout according to a genre etc. of a comic, a function for presenting page assignment, and a function for presenting a composition. SOLUTION: A comic creation supporting apparatus determines the number of pages of each part of introduction, development, turn, and conclusion based on comic creation information having information such as comic identifier etc. which is information for identifying the comic, outputs the number of pages of each part of the determined introduction, development, turn, and conclusion, determines the frame layout of one or more pages based on the comic condition information, outputs the determined frame layout of the one or more pages, determines the composition within each frame of one or more pages based on the comic creation information, and outputs information having the composition based on the composition of the determined one or more pages, then high level comic creation support can be achieved.
