PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a broadcasting signal receiver capable of setting a content to be reproduced in zapping to grasp the content of a program easily. SOLUTION: At a data generation section 18 for zapping, a scene for zapping becoming a distinctive scene is set based on a TS obtained by receiving at a tuner 13b for storing the TS to the distinctive scene on a recording medium 15b as data for zapping. When zapping operation is performed, the data for zapping stored on the storage medium 15b are read for decoding at a decoder 14, thus reproducing the scene for zapping. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
