PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sash part structure for a vehicle door, which is improved in appearance and watertightness of the sash separation-type door, and reduced in manufacturing cost including cost of a mold of a weather strip. SOLUTION: The sash part structure for the vehicle door is provided with a sash part (3) defining a window opening (30) in the upper side of a door main body (2), and with the weather strip (6) arranged along the door main body (2) and a vehicle interior side peripheral edge part of the sash part (3). An expansion panel (34) is jointed along the outer edge positioned in the vehicle exterior side from the weather strip (6) of a side part sash (32) vertically extended in the side part of the window opening (30).
