PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain high efficiency of car-washing and temperature-control, and/or prevention of noise in respective positions and enhancement of durability of an air blower by approximately uniformly discharging high pressure air from a blow-out port while avoiding pressure loss of the high pressure air pressure-fed into a casing and reducing energy loss. SOLUTION: The blow-out port for the top nozzle and the side nozzle connected to the blower for the car-washing machine is constituted such that: so as to dry the vehicle, a connection port for a duct 10 is provided above the casing 50 of the blow-out port for blowing out the high pressure air of the top nozzle 5 and the side nozzle connected to the blower of the car-washing machine; a slit-shaped blow-out port is provided below the casing; a release part of chevron-shaped cross section is provided toward an air blowing direction of the high pressure air; and the high pressure air blown out from the inside of the casing is straightened.
