PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the shooting strength of a game ball from becoming unstable immediately after the power is turned on. SOLUTION: In the shooting control circuit 127 of this game ball shooting device, a PNP type transistor 1271 is connected in parallel with the shooting capacitor 127k charged at a voltage corresponding to the amount of rotation of the shooting handle. The PNP type transistor 1271 has an emitter E connected to an anode terminal of the shooting capacitor 127k, a collector C connected to a cathode terminal and the GND terminal, and a gate G to which the power supply voltage of the game machine is applied. When the power supply voltage of the game machine is not applied to the gate G (when the power of the game machine is off), the PNP type transistor 1271 is turned on, and the electric charge of the shooting capacitor 127k is discharged from the GDN terminal G3 through the PNP type transistor 1271.
