PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a trouble of Pachinko balls caught in a polishing cloth while getting all stains of the Pachinko balls thoroughly cleaned. SOLUTION: The Pachinko ball lifting/polishing device holds Pachinko balls P with the rising side surface of a lifting belt 5 and polishing clothes 13a and 13b spread on the surfaces of elastic pads 11a and 11b to lift the Pachinko balls spinning. The elastic pad is made of a polyester based soft urethane foam with the density of 30-90 kg/m<SP>3</SP>and in the formation of a vertical guide groove with an arcuate sectional surface on the surfaces of the elastic pads respectively facing the polishing clothes, the curvature radius and the depth of the vertical guide groove are set respectively to a smaller value than a dimension, an added value of the diameter of each ball and the thickness of the polishing cloth so as to make each Pachinko ball being lifted sink almost by a half, the portion of the hemisphere, into the elastic pads separated from the polishing clothes.
