A device for distribution of charge of explosive substance in flooded well has well gate as geometric yielding shell in form of coil inside which gas-generating source for pressure formation is placed, two-dimensional flexible element connected by one end to the gate and weight. For free motion of the device in the flooded well the weight is arranged as plate in form close to parallelogram small sides of which are formed by broken line, openings provided in the plate are displaced with respect to its geometric center and placed in one row along its larger side, through those long flexible element goes, it is fixed there with self-untied knot.
