The arrangement has a swivelable optical reducer of a laser diode or an LED arranged in a downstream manner. The reducer is a filter i.e. neutral grey filter. The light radiation is pulsed and the middle power is adjusted for adjusting of the pulse form. The pulse form takes place by adjusting of the pulse height and/or the pulse length. The light radiation is pulsed and a pulse clock is synchronized with a clock of a measuring system.
