A cutterbar includes a bar with fingers fixed thereon, inside of which a cutter is arranged, it is comprises a cutter bar with cutting segments and a head connected with a drive. The cutting segments are fixed on the cutter bar by a notch both downwards and upwards. Friction plates which the cutter bar contacts are fixed on the bar. The fingers are made as a prefabricated structure, consisting of an upper shear plate and a lower one and a bracket. The lower surface of the cutter bar rests on the friction plates. On the bar double fingers are alternately fixed. They have, for example, the hardened lower shear plate and the unhardened upper shear plate, then, conversely, the hardened upper shear plate and the unhardened lower shear plate. The cutting segments are fixed on the cutter bar by two segments for example, with the downward notches, then by two segments with the upward notches. The cutting segments with the upward notches are arranged inside of the double fingers having the hardened lower shear plate and unhardened upper shear plate, and the cutting segments with the downward notches are arranged inside the double fingers having hardened upper shear plate and unhardened lower shear plate. |
