<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an alkaline earth metal compound-containing zeolite catalyst hard to cause the elimination of four-coordinate aluminum in a zeolite lattice and slow in carbonaceous precipitation speed during reaction, and a simple and inexpensive preparation method thereof. <P>SOLUTION: The alkaline earth metal compound-containing zeolite catalyst is composed of a first component comprising proton type zeolite and/or ammonium type zeolite, a second component comprising an alkaline earth metal compound and a third component comprising at least one kind of a component selected from the group consisting of aluminum oxide and/or aluminum hydroxide, silicon oxide and/or silicon hydroxide and clay, and characterized in that the Si/Al mol of the first component is 10-300, the content of the second component to the amount of the first component is 0.3-below 10 mass% in terms of an alkaline earth metal and the content of the third component to the amount of the first component is 15-200 mass%. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
