<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus for forming an image in a recorded medium, and for recording data related to the image in a non-contact tag attached to the recorded medium, and to easily compile the image formed on the recorded medium. <P>SOLUTION: When a file to be printed is designated, the file is developed into print data, and written in the print data area (S41, S42). The print data are transmitted to a printer, and formed as an image on a form. Also, when there is any relevant data in the file (S43:Y), the relevant data are written in the tag writing data area (S45, S46). The relevant data are transmitted to a printer, and written in an RFID tag attached to a form.
