PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive member for a non-contact data carrier which can be easily differentiated from another product, and which can be quickly and highly precisely manufactured.

SOLUTION: A conductive member 1 for a non-contact data carrier is configured by adhering a conductive layer 8 configured of a metallic foil of a predetermined pattern through an adhesive layer 7 on a substrate 2, and a concavoconvex mark 4 is formed by embossment on a substrate 2 and a conductive layer 8.
